We offer aesthetic surgery in the following areas:
The reasons for breast augmentation are many and varied. Breasts that appear particularly small in relation to the figure are not a health hazard. Nevertheless, they represent an enormous psychological burden for many women.
With a breast enlargement a small breast can be adapted to the rest of the figure. The best results are achieved when a natural balance is established with the rest of the body. The desire for particularly large breasts can often not be fulfilled for medical reasons (e.g. expected postural problems). As a rule, the enlargement is carried out with a silicone gel implant.
Another reason for breast augmentation can be a changed breast shape, for example after pregnancy or severe weight loss. A prerequisite for the operation is that your body growth is complete and your breasts are fully developed
The results of breast augmentation are permanent and last, depending on personal disposition, many years - but not forever. Firstly, the natural aging process and gravity will change the shape of the breast again over the years. On the other hand, an implant change and thus another operation is likely within 20 years.
Oversized, sagging breasts can become a painful burden. Especially in the breast area as well as on the neck and back, problems often occur. Headaches, postural problems and tension are the result. Psychological problems can also arise. If you suffer from your large breasts and feel inhibited during physical and sexual activities, you can consider a breast reduction. The prerequisite for the operation is that your body growth is complete and your breasts are fully developed.
A smaller, lighter and firmer breast is achieved by removing excess skin and breast tissue. The plastic surgeon then uses the remaining tissue to form a new breast. For optimal results, it may also be necessary to remove excess fatty tissue. Often a breast lift and reduction of the areolas is performed at the same time. The nipples are normally moved upwards together with nerves and blood vessels. This preserves the sensitivity of the nipple and the ability to breastfeed.
Breast lift (mastopexy)
Over the years, the skin loses its elasticity and resilience. This aging process is not only noticeable on the face, but also in the breast area. Particularly after pregnancy, breastfeeding or major weight loss, sagging, sagging breasts can be the result. If you suffer from sagging breasts and feel inhibited during physical and sexual activities, you may consider a breast lift. The condition for the operation is that your body growth is complete and your breasts are fully developed.
A firmer, firmer breast is achieved by removing excess skin and moving the nipple upwards. The nipples are normally moved together with nerves and blood vessels. This maintains the sensitivity of the nipple and the ability to breastfeed. The aim of the procedure is to make you feel more satisfied afterwards.
If a man's mammary gland enlarges to such an extent that it looks like a female breast, this is called a gynecomastia. Usually it affects both breasts, more rarely only one side. The causes of enlargement are varied and often lead to psychological problems for the person affected.
In many cases, severe overweight, chronic kidney and liver diseases, oestrogen-containing medication and excessive intake of alcohol or marijuana are the triggers for the disease. Rarely is a breast cancer tumour responsible for gynaecomastia, but frequently hormone treatment after prostate cancer. Before an operation, the reasons for the disease should be clarified in detail (e.g. by examining the hormone levels in the blood) and alternative solutions such as weight reduction or restriction of alcohol consumption should be discussed. Often it is also a "pseudogynecomastia", a pure fat accumulation without enlargement of the mammary gland, which can be removed by liposuction.
A breast correction usually eliminates the gynecomastia successfully, aesthetically pleasing and permanently. The female curves are removed and the breast looks masculine and natural again.
The aging process of the eyes is particularly prominent due to their central position. In addition, the skin around the eyes is particularly thin, which makes wrinkles visible more quickly. Fatty tissue bulges the slack skin outwards (bags under the eyes), the eyelids increasingly sink and in extreme cases even cause visual impairment.
Active facial expressions, strong UV exposure of the skin (sunbathing) and smoking additionally accelerate the aging process.
A plastic surgery of the eyelids is almost always performed for aesthetic reasons. During this procedure, the excess skin on the upper and/or lower eyelids is removed. By measuring the skin, a preferably even, symmetrical result can be achieved. The tightening of skin and muscles is achieved by removing the excess skin. It may also be necessary to remove part of the musculature and/or fat pads.
Immediately after the operation, your eyes will appear, which will subside after one or two days. You will also have more or less pronounced bruising around the eyes. The bruise settles in the lower eyelids and usually disappears within a week.
Frown lines on the forehead, laugh lines around the eyes, furrows around the mouth and nose are the result of decreasing skin elasticity. On the chin and neck, aging and gravity cause sagging skin areas. The speed of ageing depends mainly on family predisposition. An active facial expression, strong UV exposure of the skin and smoking accelerate the process.
The typical facelift does not exist. According to your personal wishes and ideas, the plastic and aesthetic surgeon plans the various procedures very carefully. Temples, cheeks and neck are often tightened at once, usually together with a tightening of the subcutaneous tissue. A forehead lift is also often part of the facelift.
With a facelift the skin is tightened and your appearance is significantly rejuvenated. However, the natural aging process of the skin cannot be stopped by a facelift. How long the result of a facelift lasts depends on your individual condition and the nature of your tissue.
Localised, diet-resistant fat deposits (Adipositas localisata) often cannot be combated even with a change in diet or exercise. They are usually located on the stomach, hips, thighs, arms or neck. Women are often affected by fat pads on the thighs and hips, the so-called "saddlebags".
Responsible for these problems is the subcutaneous fat tissue, which cannot be influenced either by reduced calorie intake or increased calorie consumption. Therefore, the body image can be corrected very well and permanently with the suction of the subcutaneous fat. Particularly with local fat deposits on the hips, stomach and under the chin, excellent results can be achieved.
Liposuction is not a means of losing excess weight. Its aim is not to remove all fat cells radically, but to create a new, even contour. The plastic surgeon feels through the skin what fat tissue is to be removed and what is to be retained. Clearly defined fat pads can thus be successfully removed.
Fat transfers serve the purpose of increasing the volume of different areas of the body in the form of fat cells of the patient. For any treatment carried out with autologous fat (autologous fat transfer), donor material must be obtained and prepared in advance elsewhere in the body. As a rule, the patient can freely choose the body region from which the fat is harvested.
Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation with autologous fat has established itself as a popular alternative to breast implants. Fat taken from the patient's own body is injected into the breast, gently padding it and giving it a round and natural shape. Compared to breast augmentation with silicone implants, the extent of enlargement is limited.
Fat Transfer Buttock Augmentation
The enlargement of the buttocks with own fat is especially known as Brazilian Butt Lift. In this method, the buttocks are padded with the help of the patient's own fat, making them bigger and firmer.
Facial Fat Transfer
Wrinkle injection with the patient's own fat, also known as lipofilling, is a good and meanwhile proven method for volume correction of sunken facial areas. It is particularly suitable for the padding of deep wrinkles.
Whether it was caused by an accident, burn or operation - every injury to the skin heals by scarring. Almost everyone has scars, which are usually not disturbing.
In some cases, however, scars can also be perceived as annoying.
The course of scar treatment depends on the type of scar. Whether the scar correction can take place directly or whether the scar must be pre-treated first is decided individually. It is important that the procedure is only carried out when the scar has reached a stable condition.
Due to the aging process, enormous weight reduction or liposuction, excess skin may be present. This can be removed, for example, from the abdomen, buttocks, hips, thighs and upper arms by means of suitable tightening operations.
An abdominoplasty is recommended if the skin has not receded after significant weight loss or previous pregnancies and the associated overstretching, or if the abdominal muscles have been overstretched so that they have diverged in the middle or a midline fracture has formed. Abdominoplasty is not a means of losing excess weight. It is often performed in addition to liposuction. The best results are achieved in slim, healthy patients whose flabby abdominal tissue does not react to exercise and diet. During the operation, a long horizontal scar over the genital area is created, which fades over time, but does not become completely invisible. The doctor will discuss the placement of the scar with you. A small scar will also remain on the navel. Sometimes an additional vertical scar is required. The abdominal wall is flatter and more even after the procedure.
The incision for a thigh lift depends on the degree of loss of elasticity and the associated degree of skin sagging. With smaller lifts, it can be crescent-shaped in the crotch region, while larger lifts cause scars on the inside of the thigh.
As with other parts of the body, the skin of the upper arms slackens as part of the aging process, but also after weight loss. When lifting the upper arms, it is particularly important to position the incision on the inside of the upper arm in such a way that the resulting scars are not visible from the front or back.
