These tasks await you
- Nursing and organisational management and design of our surgical and gynaecological ward with a clear focus: together with the team, you develop a future-oriented vision with a high quality of care and patient satisfaction
- Ensuring and further developing a professional practice with evidence-based care and independent professional care for patients
- Planning, initiation, management and control of solution-orientated development and change processes for your profession
- Needs-based and innovative personnel deployment planning in accordance with legal and operational requirements. Co-design of systematic personnel development incl. onboarding, mentoring, retaining
- Ensuring high-quality, reliable and digital, AI-supported service documentation
- Interdisciplinary, collegial collaboration with all professional groups
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or nursing specialist, preferably with several years of professional experience
- DKG further training to manage a ward or willingness to complete this or comparable academic qualification
- A communicative, reflective and committed leader with a collaborative, transformational understanding of leadership that promotes and involves employees and encourages them to take responsibility
