„Do I have to have breasts?“
Dr Marc Englbrecht, Head Physician of the Breast, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department at the Dr Geisenhofer Women's Clinic, was interviewed by the Süddeutsche Zeitung for the article „Muss ich unbedingt Brüste haben?.
In it, he explains clearly what a mastectomy - i.e. the complete removal of the mammary gland - means and what options are available for breast reconstruction, both with and without silicone implants.
