For our antenatal and postnatal courses, we work closely with Fabi Munich together. As a patient at the Geisenhofer Klinik, you will be given priority for a place there and can choose from a wide range of courses relating to pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Our common goal is to provide the best possible support for expectant and new families - from the initial preparations through to the postnatal period

Birth preparation

• Weekend courses for couples (1.5 days) plus follow-up meeting
• Compact courses for subsequent pregnancies (1 day) plus follow-up meeting
• Small groups with max. 6 couples

Postnatal gymnastics

• Targeted training for the abdomen, pelvic floor and back
• Courses with and without a baby

• Parent-child courses (baby massage, PEKiP, music & movement)
• First aid for paediatric emergencies
