These tasks await you
- Nursing and organisational management and design of our perinatal focus with a clear orientation: together with the team, you will develop a future-oriented vision with a high quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Ensuring and further developing professional practice: evidence-based care of premature and newborn babies, including primary care, family-centred intensive care and breastfeeding. Happy to initiate new projects.
- Appreciative, structured interaction with parents (focus on parent coaching).
- Needs-based and innovative personnel deployment planning in accordance with legal and operational requirements. Co-design of systematic personnel development incl. onboarding, mentoring, retaining.
- Ensuring high-quality, reliable and digital service documentation.
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a paediatric nurse or nurse specialist with a focus on paediatrics
- Several years of professional experience in a neonatal intensive care unit and ideally specialist training in paediatric intensive care.
- Further training to manage a ward or willingness to complete this or comparable academic qualification.
- Strong interest in evidence-based developmental nursing practice, especially breast milk feeding and family-centred neonatology
- A communicative, reflective and committed leader with a collaborative, transformational understanding of leadership that promotes and involves employees and encourages them to take responsibility.
