- Independent, flexible and professional care of premature and newborn babies in an interdisciplinary team, including primary care
- Appreciative and attentive interaction with parents (focus on parent coaching)
- Additional treatment methods such as bonding, family-centred care, baby massage, classical homeopathy, breastfeeding and lactation management
- Care and service documentation via EDP
- Participation in change processes and their implementation
- Compliance and quality assurance according to professional principles
