- Preparation of high-quality, fresh, seasonal and balanced meals
- Further development and creative co-design of our menu, taking into account medical and nutritional requirements
- Catering for special events at the clinic
- Guidance from colleagues
- Economical and responsible handling of food
- Carrying out incoming goods, inventory and warehouse checks
- Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards (HACCP)
- Friendly and respectful interaction with patients, visitors and colleagues
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d), ideally several years of experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
- Knowledge of HACCP and allergen labelling
- Creativity and openness to new ideas and concepts
- Knowledge of the common Office programmes
- Independent way of working
- High sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Friendly, open-minded demeanour, good communication skills
